　　集装箱整箱运输，如货物发生碰损、湿损等，通常需提供以下资料:

　　statement about the condition of the container when arrived(with consignee’s signature or

　　stamp)

　　12.开箱时集装箱照片、货损照片;color photos of the damaged cargo and the container when

　　opened the container

　　13.收货人与承运人(和其他责任方)关于损失索赔的函件、传真等;correspondence exchange

　　with the Carriers and other Parties regarding their liability for the damage
